Meet Kathy
The staff pride themselves on providing great old-fashioned service and getting to know their many regular customers. “My whole family works at Crystal Poultry, and I love that,” says Kathy.
There’s nothing fishy going on at Blue Fin Fresh Seafood at Oakleigh Central. The firmness of the flesh and the brightness of the eyes all offer honest testimony to the state of what’s on sale.
Owner Ming Guan Jin has worked in the seafood industry for nearly 30 years and in the wholesale fish markets for 20 years. He’s no fishmonger-out-of-water. “This is why I am able to maintain the quality and freshness in the produce that gets delivered daily,” he says
